We are a local company with more than 40 years of experience in the valet parking service business. With the diversity of our service accounts, Associated Parking Systems has the advantage to hand pick employees that we feel have the best potential and most professional appearance.
We provide neat and professionally uniformed attendants who have the skills to address a guest with a prompt, sincere greeting upon guest's arrival. Our attendants make the proper introduction, inquiring about the guest’s name, explaining the parking procedures, promptly unloading the luggage, explaining the handling procedures, anticipating the guest’s needs, and addressing the guest by name with a warm and sincere closing.
New employees are issued a Manual which explains to them what is expected from them, policies, and procedures. The Manual is reviewed with his assigned Supervisor. The trainee is then sent to work for several hours with our training expert and then given an 8 hour "on the floor" training with his supervisor next to him to evaluate attitude, habits, and general behavior. His supervisor then approves or rejects the trainee. Ongoing training is given by our Trainer on a regular basis; usually every 6 months or as needed to reinforce customer service, safety, and new procedures.
